Service Agreement
By scheduling service with Elite Sub-Zero Repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment.
Independent Service Provider
We are an independent appliance repair service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Dacor, Bosch, Jenn-Air, Fisher & Paykel, Liebherr, True, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Our technicians are trained in the repair and service of luxury appliances. We use factory-certified parts where available. Our service is independent and not authorized warranty service for any manufacturer.
Service Appointments
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service call
- You agree to provide safe access to the appliance requiring service
- Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice
- Same-day service is subject to technician availability
Pricing and Payment
- A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls
- You will receive a quote before any repair work begins
- Work will only proceed with your explicit approval
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods
Parts and Warranty
We source genuine factory-certified parts and high-quality OEM-compatible components to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your appliances.
- Parts and labor are covered by our service warranty
- Warranty period will be disclosed at time of service
- Warranty does not cover unrelated issues or customer misuse
- Original manufacturer warranties may be affected by third-party service
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, property damage not directly caused by our service, or business interruption.
Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 4 hours notice for appointment cancellations
- Repeated no-shows may result in service refusal
- Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
